Tallest Grasses

In front of me are the tallest grasses that grows up to the sky. Only birds can see its top and its roots can only be seen by ants. The young ones are decapitated and eaten. Can be wrapped and fried or can be pickled and preserved, it is both scrumptious anyhow.
