The Curious Case of SomNam

 ABOUT SOMNAM

I think this would be a safe space to talk about who SomNam is. Well, she's not some person everyone supposed to know, she's just an artist who does art. She's infamous of drawing colorful subjects that can blind your eyes. She adores simple and cute things and consumes illustrations of foods. Scary, right? If I were you I won't get involved with her. She could be a lunatic wearing a paperbag in her head sometimes and bother people to model for her masterpiece.

The Curious Case of SomNam's Nook

Nook? Yes, this little space in internet is Somnam's Nook. Wonder why this exist? I wonder too.

Know Her More

She likes tea. When she says she likes milktea, she meant a hot milktea in a mug, not the boba one. She lives in a humble town in the archipelago in South East Asia with a coordinates of 12.8797° N, 121.7740° E . She also loves doing unnecessary stuff, as you can see.

She loves panda. A giant panda or even red panda will do. She also consume stories with great narration. She is addicted to artists and animations that highly influenced her artstyle. She's a superficial artist that claims she admires a lot of japanese animators such as Satoshi Kon, Makoto Shinkai, Mamoru Hosoda and Miyazaki of Studio Ghibli. She also claims she likes the oneshot mangas of Tatsuki Fujimoto.

When it comes to books, she loves children's books, well, who doesn't? She read the book "When Marnie was There" and understood why Miyazaki did an animation of it. "Flower for Algernon" also have a special place in her heart, this made her cry in tears. Beside tear-jerker books, she also like thrillers and mystery, and even better if there's a cat detective on it. That is why SomNam likes "The Cat Who" series about the reporter and his cat solving cases.
